Trusting a Dr and staff with your vision needs is critical and personal. Dr Becraft and his staff are not only professional but also empathic to your needs. They take their time and give good advice. The receptionists always look up,smile and greet you as you walk in. The girls have always taken so much time with me to figure out the right glasses. In my case they know my insurance coverage and help me navigate the best options. At this time I see no reason to ever go anywhere else.

I finally made an eye appointment and I couldn't be more happy with the experience today. I felt the office from check in, appointment, to picking out my glasses, and placing the order went effortlessly. Everyone was very professional and friendly, I highly recommend Niles Vision Clinic.
